Rhysiologic Changes of the Eccentric Muscle Contraction

Abstract
To evaluate the physiological changes through the eccentric muscular contration we exercised the non-dominant forearm flexor muscle under the submaximal intensity with the simply designed eccentric exercise device. Effects of the eccentric exercise on the blood pressure were mimic in both systole and diastole, though the effects on the pulse rate and blood perfusion rate of exercised forearm were the greatest only within three minutes after exercise. But actually the effects on the surface body temperature were predominant throughout the six minutes after exercise.
